This machine is used for filling viscous materials into any type of Pouches and bottles ranging from 10 grams to 1000 grams.


we offer high-accuracy and an easy to use electronic interface. All contact parts are executed in stainless steel aisi 304 or 316, as required by our customer.


The machine is provided with semi - automatic controls.


The machine comes equipped with pneumatically operated.

  • To Pack: From 10 grams to 1000 grams Viscous materials.
  • Bottle Filling: A bottle filling sealing mechanism.
  • Machine Speed: 20 to 22 packets/ bottles per minute for 1000 grams. The speed will decrease as weight increases.
  • Contact Parts: All contact parts will be stainless steel 304 and 316.
